Angela, a third-generation, and Jenny, a fourth-generation native “Conch,” were both born and raised in Key West and have been friends since childhood. Their long-standing connection to the community, shared goals, and complementary strengths create a uniquely effective partnership. Together, they bring a deep-rooted passion for the City of Key West and the Florida Keys, with a profound understanding of what these islands offer to both buyers and sellers.

JENNY PERRY
Jenny Perry is a native of Key West and a proud graduate of St. Leo University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Following her graduation, Jenny gained invaluable experience in the hospitality industry and property management before transitioning to a decade-long career at Spottswood Law Firm, where she excelled as a Real Estate Closer/Paralegal.
With extensive knowledge of real estate, property management, and real estate transactions, Jenny’s passion for the industry naturally led her to pursue a career as a Real Estate Agent with Preferred Properties, where she leverages her expertise to deliver exceptional results for her clients.
Jenny is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, and the Key West Association of Realtors, continually striving to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service.
Outside of real estate, Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband, Jake Perry, and their two children, Royce and Rhynn. An avid outdoor enthusiast, she loves hunting, fishing, and diving. As a licensed Boat Captain, Jenny is also highly knowledgeable about the waters of the Florida Keys, offering her clients a unique advantage when navigating waterfront properties and island life.
ANGELA McCHESNEY
In 2010, Angela McChesney turned her passion for the Key West community and culture into a successful career in real estate. As a Broker Associate, Angela brings extensive expertise in representing sellers, buyers, and managing property operations, including vacation rentals and property supervision. Her comprehensive knowledge of the industry allows her to provide exceptional service across a wide range of real estate needs.
Angela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. After graduation, she began her career in Catering Sales and Marketing in Key West, honing her skills in client relations and service excellence, which now contribute to her success in real estate.
A highly regarded professional, Angela is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, and the Key West Association of Realtors. She is also actively involved in her community, serving on the board of the Waterfront Playhouse and as a member of the Key West Woman’s Club.
Family-oriented and dedicated, Angela treasures her time with her husband, Richard McChesney, and their daughters, Brooklyn and Cali Rose.
