Angela McChesney & Jenny Perry

Angela, a third-generation, and Jenny, a fourth-generation native “Conch,” were both born and raised in Key West and have been friends since childhood. Their long-standing connection to the community, shared goals, and complementary strengths create a uniquely effective partnership. Together, they bring a deep-rooted passion for the City of Key West and the Florida Keys, with a profound understanding of what these islands offer to both buyers and sellers.

Angela and Jenny recognize that buying or selling a home is more than a mere transaction—it’s a significant life event. Their commitment is to provide exceptional, personalized service, ensuring that every client’s unique needs are met with professionalism and care. They take great pride in building lasting relationships and work tirelessly on behalf of their clients to help them achieve their real estate goals.

Their philosophy is simple: Clients come first. Angela and Jenny are dedicated to maintaining open and consistent communication throughout the entire buying or selling process, ensuring that their clients are fully informed at every step. They believe that success is not measured by awards or accolades but by the satisfaction of their clients. If their clients aren’t left with an outstanding experience, they consider their work unfinished.
